A fresh, chilli, quiet start but just like the weather our girls warmed up through the games. Our first tournament of the season and they made a valiant effort. Marley, Marie, Isabelle, Niamh, India, Iszi and Holly worked hard and kept playing their hearts out. The defencive short corner practice at training, paid off as at least 10 corners were given and none of the teams scored from them. Our last game with tired legs almost saw our girls on the score board. Well done today girls.
